30,000 off Duty Police Officers Marched London In Peace

Today In London more than 30,000 officers from all over the country marched through the capital in the only action they are legally entitled to take, in a show of defiance against police reforms and budget cuts .

To reflect the number of officer numbers expected to be cut, 16,000 of the marchers wore black baseball caps as they walked from Millbank, past the Home Office to Parliament Square and onto Waterloo Place.

Police officers are not allowed to strike, so today’s protest will be the most they can do to show how much they reject the planned cuts in policing.

If 30 odd thousand Police can protest without incident it just proves that protesters who do kick off are just thugs.

The children of today  love luxury.  They have bad manners, contempt for authority, they allow disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise.  Children  no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict they’re parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, and tyrannize their teachers.

Young People have exalted notions, because they have not been humbled by life or learned its necessary limitations, moreover, their hopeful disposition makes them think themselves equal to great things and that means having exalted notions. They would always rather do noble deeds than useful ones: Their lives are regulated more by moral feeling than by reasoning all their mistakes are in the direction of doing things excessively and vehemently. They overdo everything they love too much, hate too much, and the same with everything else.

OKAY!! Today’s younger generation are no worse than my own. We were just as ignorant and repulsive as they are, but nobody listened to us. Today they have freedom to make their voice heard, to get some where and do something with a ‘peaceful march’ yet all they really end up doing is causing destruction, pain and attack Police who are there doing their jobs.
