Soldiers are paid in lieu till the end of the month. If a Soldiers dies before the end of the month then the family of the Soldier will recieve a letter from the Ministry Of Defence claiming the money back.
It could be a Year Later that the families recieve this letter, even after the inquest, which adds additional unnecessary suffering to the family.
Don’t you think the families are in enough distress already?
Do you want the Government to change the law so that no family of a fallen Soldier will recieve this letter and will not have to pay any money back to the Ministry Of Defence for thier son/daughter loosing their life before the end of the month.

An absolute disgrace that the families of men and women who sacraficed themselves and put us first have to petition for what the right minded individual would not even question to be the right thing. I have signed the Petition and requested updates, will twitter details.
